8 Cabins - modern & clean: EACH has 2 private bedrooms w/1 queen bed. Living room: hide-a-bed, cable tv, wireless internet, heating ,air conditioning, cieling & floor fan. Bathroom w/ shower.
No phones in the cabins, but you are welcome to use the office phone for local & long distance calls free of charge.
Kitchen & Dining: stove, refrigerator, table & 6 chairs, dishes, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dish towels, rag & soap. Cleaning products, broom & dust pan, mop & vacuum.
*Toilet paper & trash bags provided.
Each has its own picnic table, charcoal grill & lawn chairs.
Bedding is provided & is changed after each stay. Bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths are changed every other day.
*$2. fee per towel set, for each extra day, paid on arrival.

***Housekeeping - "Keep & clean your own house." Or pay $20.00 per day for cleaning service. advance week notice required.
*$50.00 cleaning deposit. Required to: wipe up surfaces, sweep & mop, vacuum, clean out frigerator, clean put away dishes ect. , take trash out. Refundable after (1) inspection before leaving or
pay the $50.00 to not have to clean up. Pryor notice please.
*$50.00 charge for soiled beds, there are products to prevent.

$96.00 a night for 1 person for stays of 4 or more nights.
$106.00 a night for 1 person for stays 3 nights or less.
$8.00 a night for each additional person
Your guest, "not staying with you". $15.00 per day
