Furnished House Keeping Cabins
CABINS are open from May 1 to Oct. 31/2012
8 older but very clean, furnished 550 sq. ft. Cabins:
2 Private Bedrooms: w/1 queen bed in each room. Bedding included.
Living Room: with hide-a-bed, cable tv, heating & air conditioning, cieling, floor fan. Please be Eco friendly & help us keep rates down by not leaving the AC & fans running or lights on while you are out and about. Evenings cool off great so leave the windows open & enjoy our cool fresh mountain air.
Bathroom w/ shower. Saving our guest green & being Eco friendly, bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths are exchanged every other day, 1 set per person.
Toilet paper & trashbags provided.
No personal hygiene products provided.
*$2.00 fee per towel & washcloth set, for each extra day.
*$2.00 fee for fresh bath mat or kitchen towels & rag or rug.
Kitchen & Dining: stove, refrigerator, table & chairs, dishes, pans, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 2 dish towels & rag provided per stay, dish soap & trash bags.
Household Cleaning products, broom & dustpan, swiffer mop & pads, vacuum provided in each cabin.
Each cabin has its own picnic table, charcoal grill & lawn chairs.
***Provide your own: pool towel & personal hygiene products.
Pool towel rental $1.00 per day. Hygiene products sold in office.
***Housekeeping - Saving green by "Keeping & cleaning your own house." Optional: daily cleaning service. $20.00 per day.
Helping out guest save more green by cleaning up before you check out. Refundable 1 time charge of a $75.00 Cleaning deposit. Required for refund: cleanup all kitchen surfaces inside & out including the refrigerator, microwave & stove of spills & food particles. Wash, dry & put away dishes, pots & pans, silverware & cooking utinsil. Sweep, mop & vacuum. Take trash to dumpster. Cleanup list must be actually completed and pass (1) inspection after everyone is out. Sorry "looks
good enough" will not pass inspection. If you wish choose to forfiet the $75.00 & have us clean up. Pryor notice please.
***$50.00 charge for soiled beds, to save customers money & us time
please there are products to prevent this.
Cabin Capacity: no more than 6 adults and or teens. or up to 8 persons with no more than 4 adults with 4 children under age 10.
