****Because of the high cost of propane, use of the furnace in the summer is not figured into the rates. More Saving for customers that prefer not to
use the furnace. Instead there is a $5.00 per day charge for those that wish to use the furnace, unless the outside, daytime temp. is under 75
degrees. The Motel Suite is naturally cool (60-65), so there is no AC. There are 4 large windows that can be left open during the daytime to warm
the Suite if necessary.
